About this treatment
What it does
Non-surgical body contouring for stubborn, diet-resistant fat pockets and skin laxity. It is a shaping treatment, not a weight-loss one.
How it works
Fat cells are targeted by cooling, heat or an injectable that disrupts the membrane, and are cleared gradually by the body over weeks. Skin tightening runs alongside where laxity would otherwise be revealed.

What to expect
From 6 weeks, final at 12 weeks per session. Downtime: none to a few days of tenderness and swelling. Typically 2–4 per area, 6–8 weeks apart.

Looking after it
Massage the area as instructed after cooling. Stay hydrated and keep moving. Hold your weight steady — results are undone by regain.
