Overview

aesPlla is a pure poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen stimulator from Korean company Oreon Life Science, supplied as a 365 mg lyophilised powder. It contains no immediate-fill component, instead driving gradual collagen regeneration for natural, progressive correction. It is CE-marked and positioned for practitioners seeking a high-payload PLLA biostimulator.

How it works

Reconstituted PLLA microparticles are placed in the deep dermis and hypodermis where they act as a biodegradable scaffold, prompting fibroblasts to produce new type-I collagen over the following weeks and months. The PLLA polymer is gradually resorbed while the newly formed collagen provides progressive volumisation and smoothing.

Indications

  • Collagen loss and skin laxity
  • Facial wrinkles and nasolabial folds
  • Volume deficiency in temples, cheeks and marionette lines
  • Facial rejuvenation and contour restoration

Key features

  • Pure PLLA formulation with no HA fill component
  • High 365 mg payload per vial

Composition

Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) 365 mg per vial as lyophilised powder; no hyaluronic acid. Reconstituted with approximately 5 mL sterile water.

Usage & handling

Reconstitute with approximately 5 mL sterile water (18G needle) and allow the suspension to hydrate; use within about 72 hours of preparation. Inject via linear-threading into the deep dermis and hypodermis using a cannula or needle.
