Overview
AMI Eyes is a Korean polynucleotide (PN) skinbooster designed specifically for the delicate under-eye area and tear trough (manufactured by DKMC Korea Co., Ltd. and marketed under the AMI aesthetic range). It delivers a high-purity polynucleotide derived from salmon DNA to biostimulate the periorbital skin, offering a subtle refreshing effect without the lump or lymphatic-stagnation risk associated with volumising fillers. It is intended to address dark circles, texture and skin quality around the eyes.
How it works
The active is polynucleotide (PN), a purified and concentrated long-chain form of salmon-derived DNA fragments. Rather than filling space, PN stimulates the patient's own fibroblasts to regenerate the extracellular matrix and produce collagen and elastin, improving skin structure, thickness and texture. Supporting components (peptides and regenerative factors in some presentations) reinforce repair, refreshing tired, dull or thin under-eye skin.
Indications
- Under-eye / tear-trough rejuvenation
- Dark circles and periorbital dullness
- Skin texture and thickness improvement
- Elasticity and structural support
- Radiance around the eye area

- Formulated specifically for the under-eye and tear-trough area
- Biostimulatory rather than volumising action
- Low lump / lymphatic-stagnation risk profile
- 2 mL pre-filled syringe presentation
Benefits
- Dedicated periorbital product fills a specific menu gap
- Addresses dark circles and thin under-eye skin without filler bulk
- Regenerative positioning supports premium pricing
- Pre-filled syringe streamlines delicate-area workflows

Composition
Polynucleotide (PN) ~1% (approx. 20 mg per 2 mL) derived from purified salmon DNA; some presentations list additional peptide and regenerative support components. Presentation: 2 mL pre-filled syringe.
Usage & handling
For trained injectors using fine-needle micro-injection / mesotherapy technique in the periorbital and tear-trough area; superficial, low-volume placement to avoid lumps. Single-use, sterile pre-filled syringe; store as directed away from heat and direct sunlight and do not reuse. Typically delivered as a short course with maintenance.
