Belotero is Merz's core hyaluronic acid filler range (Soft, Balance, Intense) built on Cohesive Polydensified Matrix (CPM) technology for seamless tissue integration and even, natural correction. Densities are stepped from superficial fine-line smoothing (Soft) through moderate wrinkles (Balance) to deep folds and lip volume (Intense). CPM gels are noted for smooth integration and the ability to be placed superficially.
How it works
Cross-linked HA gel that smooths lines and adds volume while binding water. CPM manufacturing creates zones of variable cross-link density within a single cohesive gel, letting it mimic tissue behaviour, integrate homogeneously and be layered from superficial dermis to deeper planes by grade.

Composition
Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate (CPM); reported concentrations ~Balance 22.5 mg/mL and Intense 25.5 mg/mL, with Soft a lower-density grade. Lidocaine presentations available.
Usage & handling
Match grade to depth: Soft superficial fine lines, Balance mid-dermis moderate wrinkles, Intense deep folds and lip volume. Not for intravascular injection; use appropriate plane per grade. Keep hyaluronidase available to reverse HA in vascular compromise or overcorrection. Single-use sterile syringe.
