Overview
Celosome is a Korean cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler line made by ExoCoBio using HENM cross-linking and an eight-stage purification process to minimise residual BDDE, endotoxin and heavy metals. Offered in Implant, Strong, Mid and Soft grades at a uniform 24 mg/mL HA (most with lidocaine), it spans superficial correction through deep structural volumizing.
How it works
The cross-linked HA gel occupies tissue and binds water to restore volume and hydration. HENM cross-linking lets viscoelasticity be tuned per grade, so higher-G' gels (Implant, Strong) are placed deep for projection and structural support while softer gels (Soft) sit superficially for fine correction, with depth governed by particle size and G-prime.

Composition
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid 24 mg/mL, non-animal origin, HENM cross-linking; most grades include 0.3% lidocaine.
Usage & handling
Standard HA handling: refrigerated storage, room-temperature equilibration, aseptic technique and intravascular avoidance. Select grade by plane and retain hyaluronidase for overcorrection or vascular compromise.
