Chaeum Premium is a monophasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler manufactured by Hugel Pharma Co., Ltd. (South Korea). It is graded No.1 to No.4 by degree of cross-linking, from hydration and fine-line correction up to deep volumising and contouring. It is premixed with 0.3% lidocaine at 24 mg/mL HA and supplied as pre-filled syringes.
How it works
The monophasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel adds immediate volume and structural support and binds water for hydration. Higher-numbered grades are more cross-linked and firmer, so No.1 suits superficial hydration and fine lines while No.4 supports deep volume; plane follows the gel's G-prime.

Composition
Monophasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid, 24 mg/mL, with 0.3% lidocaine (3 mg/mL). Grades No.1-No.4 differ by degree of cross-linking.
