Derma Factory Retinal 300ppm Cream is a Korean night treatment built on liposome-encapsulated retinaldehyde (retinal) at 300ppm (0.03%), supported by niacinamide, panthenol and a high proportion of Centella asiatica leaf water. Retinaldehyde sits one conversion step from active retinoic acid, offering retinoid efficacy with a comparatively gentle profile. It targets fine lines, texture and tone as a firming, elasticity-focused cream.
How it works
Retinaldehyde is a retinoid that the skin converts in a single step to retinoic acid, which binds nuclear retinoid receptors to normalise keratinocyte turnover and stimulate collagen synthesis, smoothing fine lines and refining texture over time. Liposomal encapsulation moderates delivery for tolerability, while niacinamide supports tone and barrier and Centella and panthenol soothe.

Composition
Retinal (retinaldehyde) 300ppm (0.03%) in liposomes, Centella asiatica leaf water (~66%), niacinamide (~2%), panthenol (~2%) and adenosine (~0.04%).
Usage & handling
Clinic-dispensed for home use, PM only. Introduce retinoids gradually (e.g. every 2-3 nights, building to nightly as tolerated) to limit retinisation dryness and irritation; apply to dry skin and buffer with moisturiser in sensitive patients. Mandatory daily broad-spectrum SPF; avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
