Overview
DR LIPO + is a Korean PPC-based injectable lipolysis solution from BNC Global, formulated for direct subcutaneous fat reduction across the body. It pairs the classic bile-acid membrane-lytic mechanism with carnitine, growth factors and peptides intended to support skin tone during fat clearance. Typically supplied as 10 ml x 10 vials for body-area treatment.
How it works
Phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and sodium deoxycholate disrupt adipocyte cell membranes, causing fat-cell death and emulsification of the released lipids. The emulsified lipid content is then mobilised and cleared through the lymphatic and vascular systems and excreted via normal metabolic routes. Because fat cells are destroyed rather than merely shrunk, the manufacturer frames results as durable; adjunct carnitine, EGF/FGF1 and peptides are included to support metabolism and skin recovery.

Composition
Phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and Sodium Deoxycholate (active lipolytics); plus Carnitine, EGF, FGF1, and peptides including Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 and Nicotinoyl Tripeptide, in an aqueous base.
Usage & handling
For clinician use only. Administer as multiple small subcutaneous deposits in a grid across the target fat compartment, using conservative per-point volumes and staying within the fat layer (avoid muscle and dermis). PPC/DC formulas produce pronounced, expected swelling, erythema and tenderness that must be counselled in advance. Stage treatment across sessions (commonly ~10-day intervals for a course of 2-5 sessions, with longer gaps as fat is permanently reduced). Maintain strict awareness of regional nerve and vascular anatomy for each body zone.
