DR LIPO V is the facial V-line variant of BNC Global's PPC-based injectable lipolysis line, formulated for fine subcutaneous contouring of the face. How it works
Phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and deoxycholic acid disrupt adipocyte membranes to break down and emulsify facial fat, with the released lipids cleared via the lymphatic and vascular circulation. The reduced fat layer, combined with claimed collagen and elastin stimulation from adjunct peptides and growth factors, is marketed to tighten and lift the treated area. The lower per-vial volume reflects the smaller, more precise deposits required in facial anatomy.

Composition
Phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and Deoxycholic acid (active lipolytics); plus peptides (Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7), EGF, Carnitine, Vitamin B-complex and Vitamin C.
Usage & handling
For clinician use only. Use fine ultra-thin needles to place small, conservative subcutaneous deposits in a grid across the submental and lower-face fat, remaining superficial to muscle. Expect and pre-counsel marked swelling and tenderness, which is particularly conspicuous in the face and can persist for several days. Stage treatment across 2-3 sessions at ~10-day intervals. Exercise heightened caution around facial nerve and vascular anatomy, especially the marginal mandibular nerve and the submental / lower-ear zones.
