Overview
e.p.t.q. (EPTQ) is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler line from the South Korean manufacturer Jetema, supplied in three viscosity/density grades: S100, S300 and S500. The range spans superficial fine-line correction through to deep volumising and structural augmentation, with lidocaine and non-lidocaine options. Each grade shares the same HA concentration but differs in cross-linking density and gel firmness (G-prime) to suit the treatment plane.
How it works
The cross-linked HA gel restores volume by occupying tissue space and binding water to hydrate and plump the dermis. Lower-density grades (S100) sit in the superficial dermis for fine lines, while higher-density, higher-G-prime grades (S300/S500) resist deformation and are placed deeper for lift and projection; indication and depth therefore track gel firmness and particle characteristics.
Indications
- Superficial/fine lines and periorbital or perioral wrinkles (S100)
- Moderate wrinkles and nasolabial folds (S300)
- Deep folds, cheek and mid-face volumising (S300/S500)
- Nose, chin and jawline contouring/projection (S500)
- Lip volume and definition (grade-dependent)
Key features
- Three graded viscosities (S100/S300/S500) from one platform
- Consistent HA concentration with grade-specific cross-linking density
- Optional lidocaine formulations for injection comfort
- Non-animal HA sourced by bacterial fermentation
- Prefilled single-use syringe format
Benefits
- Single supplier line covers fine-line to deep-volume indications, simplifying inventory
- Grade selection lets clinicians standardise protocols by treatment plane
- Lidocaine options reduce chair time and improve patient experience
- Reversibility with hyaluronidase supports predictable case management
- Recognised Korean-manufactured HA line suitable for enquiry-to-order catalogues
Composition
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal (bacterial fermentation) origin at approximately 24 mg/mL, available with or without lidocaine hydrochloride (typically 0.3%) for injection comfort.
Usage & handling
Supplied as sterile, single-use prefilled syringes for intradermal-to-subcutaneous injection by trained practitioners; match grade firmness to the intended plane, inject slowly with care to avoid intravascular placement, and avoid overcorrection. HA-based, so results are adjustable and can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if correction is required. Store and handle per the product label.
