Overview
Gouri is a fully liquid polycaprolactone (PCL) collagen-stimulating injectable from Korean manufacturer DEXLEVO, built on its patented particle-free technology. Unlike microsphere PCL products, Gouri is a homogeneous liquid that spreads through the subdermal plane to stimulate diffuse collagen regeneration rather than adding discrete volume. How it works
The liquid PCL disperses through the subdermal plane and forms a fibroblast-supporting environment. As the biodegradable polymer is slowly metabolised, it drives ongoing neocollagenesis that improves skin firmness and elasticity broadly, giving a natural rejuvenation rather than a localised volumising effect.
