Overview
Hyalmass is a South Korean hyper cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler range (associated with Maypharm/Monalisa) built on a proprietary Hybrid (Hy-BRID) cross-linking process. The line spans Soft, Mild, Hard and Ultra densities to cover fine lines through deep volumisation and facial sculpting. It is CE-marked and supplied in single-use prefilled syringes.
How it works
A cross-linked HA gel that physically restores volume and binds water in the dermis/subcutis for hydration and structural support. Hybrid cross-linking is used to raise cohesivity and slow enzymatic degradation, with density stepped across variants so lift capacity increases from Soft to Ultra.
Indications
- Fine lines and periorbital/perioral wrinkles (Soft)
- Nasolabial folds and cheeks (Mild)
- Chin and jawline contouring (Hard)
- Deep volume restoration and facial sculpting (Ultra)
Key features
- Four-tier density range (Soft/Mild/Hard/Ultra)
- Hybrid (Hy-BRID) hyper cross-linking for cohesivity
- Reduced residual BDDE claim
- CE-marked, non-animal HA
- Lidocaine option for comfort
Benefits
- Single family covers superficial to deep indications, simplifying stock
- Density tiers support predictable case matching
- Reversible with hyaluronidase, lowering procedural risk
- Competitive Korean price point for enquiry-to-order
- Prefilled sterile syringes streamline chairside use
Composition
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel of non-animal origin (BDDE cross-linker); a specific mg/mL concentration is not publicly confirmed. Lidocaine-containing presentations (e.g. Ultra Lidocaine) are offered for injection comfort.
Usage & handling
Match variant density to injection depth (Soft/Mild superficial-to-mid dermis; Hard/Ultra deep dermis to supraperiosteal). Not for intravascular injection; aspirate and use correct planes. Keep hyaluronidase on hand to dissolve HA in the event of vascular compromise or overcorrection. Single-use sterile syringe, store per label.
