Lexyal is a CE-marked Korean cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler used for aesthetic volumising and wrinkle correction. It is supplied in three grades - Fine, Deep and Grand - that differ in cross-linking density and firmness for progressively deeper injection planes. It is marketed as a high-purity, non-animal HA gel at about 24 mg/mL; the manufacturer is not consistently identified by distributors.
How it works
The cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel adds immediate volume and structural support and binds water for tissue hydration. Injection depth and indication depend on the grade's gel firmness (G-prime), from superficial lines with Fine to deep volumising with Grand.
