How it works
The formulation disrupts adipocyte membranes in the facial fat pad, and the released lipids clear gradually via the lymphatic system over weeks. Composition
Phosphatidylcholine / sodium deoxycholate with a botanical blend (Aesculus hippocastanum / horse chestnut, Juglans regia, Fumaria officinalis), plus L-carnitine, tyrosine, thiamine and sodium hyaluronate
Usage & handling
Inject into the facial subcutaneous mid-fat plane in small, conservative volumes (up to roughly 1 vial / 5 mL per facial session) with a 30G needle, staging sessions 3-4 weeks apart. Knowledge of the marginal mandibular nerve course along the jawline is essential; avoid deep or near-mandibular injection. Expect swelling for 3-7 days.
