Overview
MAXY Fill 55cc is a Korean large-volume, high-viscosity cross-linked hyaluronic acid body filler supplied as a single 55cc unit for non-surgical body contouring. It is a firm ("Hard") cohesive gel formulated for deep-plane placement in areas that require structural volume and projection. Manufactured by Quiver Medic using HENM cross-linking technology.
How it works
A highly cross-linked, high-G' hyaluronic acid gel is deposited in the deep subcutaneous and supra-periosteal planes, where its cohesivity and elasticity provide durable structural volume and contour projection. The HENM cross-linking is intended to resist enzymatic degradation and displacement so the gel holds its shape at the placement site. Volume is gradually resorbed over time and can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if correction is required.
Indications
- Buttock (gluteal) augmentation
- Hip dip correction and hip contouring
- Calf and lower-leg shaping
- Breast shape/volume correction (where locally permitted)
- Post-liposuction soft-tissue restoration and deep volume replacement
Key features
- HENM cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel
- High-viscosity, cohesive "Hard" formulation for structural support
- Single 55cc large-volume unit
- Reported duration of approximately 12-15 months
- Hyaluronidase-reversible
Benefits
- Non-surgical alternative to implants or fat transfer for large-area volumizing
- Cohesive gel supports predictable, position-stable contouring
- Reversibility with hyaluronidase supports risk management
- Large-volume single unit streamlines stocking for high-volume body cases
- Suited to an enquiry-to-order clinical workflow for body procedures
Composition
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid, reported at approximately 20 mg/mL (HENM cross-linking), non-animal origin; 55cc volume. Some distributors list added lidocaine, but lidocaine content is not consistently confirmed across sources.
Usage & handling
For deep subcutaneous / deep-plane placement by a trained injector, typically via blunt cannula under strict aseptic technique. Because large volumes are involved, staged sessions and conservative per-area dosing are advised; aspirate and use retrograde technique to reduce intravascular risk. Being HA-based, it is reversible with hyaluronidase.
