Overview
Mayster is a Korean collagen-stimulating skinbooster from Maypharm built around poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). Rather than adding immediate volume, it works gradually to rebuild the skin's collagen support structure, restoring firmness and elasticity. It is positioned as a biostimulatory collagen booster reconstituted with an activator solution before use.
How it works
PLLA microparticles act as a biostimulator: once placed in the tissue they trigger a controlled fibroblast response, and as the PLLA is gradually resorbed the initial inflammatory phase subsides while new collagen production continues, strengthening and thickening the skin's structural matrix over the following months. The accompanying activator provides hyaluronic acid, amino acids and peptides to support hydration and handling.
