Meline is NOT a fat-dissolving product. It is a professional depigmentation and skin-brightening line from Innoaesthetics dedicated exclusively to treating hyperpigmentation across all skin phototypes. The range pairs in-clinic peels and mesotherapy-style serums with structured home-care to fade melasma, lentigines and other discolouration.
How it works
Meline targets pigmentation rather than adipose tissue. It combines chemical-exfoliating acids to accelerate turnover of pigment-laden cells with melanin-synthesis inhibitors that act on the tyrosinase pathway and antioxidants that reduce oxidative pigment stimulus. Formulations are tailored by skin phototype (lighter phototypes I-III versus ethnic phototypes IV-VI) to control discolouration safely. This is a depigmenting mechanism and involves no adipocyte membrane disruption or lipolysis.

Composition
Chemical-exfoliating acids, melanin-inhibiting (tyrosinase-pathway) agents and antioxidants, delivered as phototype-specific in-clinic peels/serums plus home-care products. Specific active concentrations are proprietary and not fully disclosed.
Usage & handling
For clinician use only, as a depigmentation protocol (not an injectable lipolysis). Apply the in-clinic peel/serum to cleansed skin per the phototype-appropriate protocol and pair with the prescribed home-care regimen for maintenance. Counsel patients on expected transient erythema, flaking and photosensitivity, and enforce strict daily photoprotection to prevent rebound pigmentation.
