Overview

Miracle L is a polycaprolactone (PCL) collagen-stimulating skinbooster from the Korean Miracle range. Unlike hyaluronic-acid boosters, it works as a biostimulator, using PCL microspheres to prompt the skin's own collagen production for progressive lifting and firming. Because it contains no hyaluronic acid, it is positioned as an option for patients with HA sensitivity.

How it works

The polycaprolactone acts as a biostimulator: as the PCL is gradually metabolised it stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen, progressively firming, lifting and thickening the skin. The effect builds over weeks and is longer-lasting than simple hydration boosters.

Composition

Polycaprolactone (PCL) microsphere suspension (cited around 20% PCL); contains no hyaluronic acid.

Usage & handling

Injected into the dermis/subdermis by micro-injection or cannula across the face, neck or hands, typically as a course of sessions per practitioner protocol; effects reported to build within about a week and last up to around a year.
