Overview
Neuramis is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler manufactured by Medytox (South Korea) using its Shape 2-step cross-linking and an enhanced purification process. The range - Light, Deep and Volume - spans fine-line correction through to cheek and midface volumising, at 20 mg/mL HA. Most presentations are also offered premixed with lidocaine for patient comfort.
How it works
The cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel adds immediate volume and structural support and binds water for hydration. Gel firmness (G-prime) sets the plane: Light for fine lines, Deep for moderate-to-deep folds, and Volume for cheek/midface volumising.
Indications
- Fine lines and superficial wrinkles (Light)
- Nasolabial folds and moderate-to-deep wrinkles (Deep)
- Lip augmentation
- Cheek/midface volume (Volume)
- Chin contour
Key features
- Cross-linked HA, 20 mg/mL (Shape 2-step cross-linking)
- Lidocaine (3 mg/mL) in the Lidocaine variants
- Light / Deep / Volume grades
- 1 mL pre-filled syringe presentation
Benefits
- HA gel is reversible with hyaluronidase if correction is needed
- Optional premixed lidocaine improves patient comfort
- Grade range covers fine lines to midface volumising
- Enhanced purification supports product consistency
Composition
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid, 20 mg/mL (Medytox Shape 2-step cross-linking); the Lidocaine variants add lidocaine at 3 mg/mL (0.3%).
Usage & handling
Store per label (typically 2-8 C), protect from freezing and direct light. Inject with an appropriate needle or cannula into the plane indicated for the chosen grade. Keep hyaluronidase available for correction or vascular events, and confirm CE/registration status for your market before use.
