Pine Bottle is a Korean injectable lipolysis solution formulated deliberately without deoxycholic acid (DC) or phosphatidylcholine (PPC), instead relying on an enzyme- and vitamin-based trio. It is positioned as a gentler alternative for face and body contouring with a lower swelling profile than classic bile-acid formulas. Supplied as 10 ml x 5 vials for staged, progressive treatment.
How it works
In place of the bile-acid pathway, lecithin emulsifies and helps break down stored triglycerides within the subcutaneous fat layer while bromelain acts as an anti-inflammatory proteolytic enzyme and riboflavin supports fat metabolism and cellular energy. Liberated lipids are mobilised and cleared through the lymphatic and vascular circulation. Because it is DC/PPC-free, membrane-disruptive irritation and post-injection swelling tend to be more manageable than with deoxycholate-based products.

Composition
Lecithin, Bromelain (pineapple / Ananas sativus fruit extract), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2). Free of deoxycholic acid and phosphatidylcholine (DC/PPC-free).
Usage & handling
For clinician use only. Administer as multiple small subcutaneous deposits across a grid pattern within the target fat pad using conservative per-point volumes; avoid intramuscular or intradermal placement. Localised swelling, tenderness and bruising are expected and should be counselled in advance. Stage treatment across sessions (approximately 4-week intervals) rather than over-treating in a single visit. Maintain awareness of regional nerve and vascular anatomy, particularly the marginal mandibular nerve when treating the jawline and submental region.
