Overview
Power Col-Tra is a Korean poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen biostimulator containing 365 mg of highly purified PLLA per vial, produced with StunMedical's solvent-free (non-solvent) manufacturing technology. It is designed for deep injection into the SMAS layer to stimulate the body's own collagen and restore structure, density and lift. Results build gradually and are reported to last over two years.
How it works
The porous PLLA microspheres (approximately 20 to 80 microns) act as a scaffold that activates fibroblasts, driving new collagen production in the deep tissue and SMAS plane. Volume and skin density increase progressively as collagen replaces the resorbed carrier, producing a subtle, natural lift rather than an instant fill.
