Powerfill is a South Korean poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) collagen biostimulator from Regen Biotech, supplied as a 1000 mg lyophilised powder for reconstitution. It is positioned for larger-area and body contouring where gradual, natural-looking volume restoration is required. Rather than acting as an instant filler, it drives the patient's own collagen synthesis over the following weeks and months.
How it works
Once reconstituted and injected, the PDLLA microspheres act as a biocompatible scaffold that provokes a controlled fibroblast response, prompting deposition of new type I and III collagen. The carrier gel is resorbed within weeks while the collagen matrix continues to build, producing progressive volume and dermal thickening. Full results develop over a multi-session course as neocollagenesis matures.

Composition
Poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) microspheres, 1000 mg lyophilised powder per vial, with sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC); reconstituted before use.
Usage & handling
Reconstitute the lyophilised powder with sterile water and allow adequate hydration time before injection. Inject into the deep dermis or subcutaneous plane; avoid superficial placement. Massage after treatment to distribute product evenly. Results build over weeks to months and a multi-session protocol is typical.
