Renefill (marketed as Renefil) is a Korean hybrid dermal filler from BMI Korea that combines cross-linked hyaluronic acid with polynucleotides (PN) and lidocaine. It is positioned as a volumising filler with an added tissue-conditioning component and is offered in Light Plus, Deep Plus and Ultra Plus grades. Note: unlike a pure HA gel, Renefill contains a polynucleotide fraction marketed for skin regeneration alongside HA volumisation.
How it works
The cross-linked HA gel provides immediate volume and binds water while the polynucleotide fraction is marketed to support tissue conditioning; correction depth follows particle size and gel firmness across the Light (fine, ~250 microns) to Ultra (deep, ~1,000 microns) grades.

Composition
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid approximately 20 mg/mL combined with polynucleotides approximately 1.875 mg/mL, plus lidocaine for comfort; supplied in graded particle sizes (Light Plus finest, Ultra Plus largest).
