Replengen is a South Korean cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler range using Hexagonal Block Crosslinking Technology (HBCT) to build a compact structure that resists degradation. The line includes Implant S, Volume, Deep and Fine grades spanning superficial wrinkles to deep volumisation and contouring. Grades are offered with lidocaine and are supplied in prefilled syringes.
How it works
A cross-linked HA gel that adds volume and binds water for hydration and tissue support. The HBCT hexagonal-block cross-linking is designed to create a dense, stable network that slows enzymatic breakdown for extended longevity, with viscosity stepped across grades for depth-appropriate placement.

Composition
24 mg/mL cross-linked hyaluronic acid with lidocaine (0.3% in lidocaine presentations); non-animal HA.
Usage & handling
Place Fine superficially, Deep in mid-to-deep dermis, Volume/Implant S in deep subcutaneous planes for contouring. Avoid intravascular injection; select depth by grade. Keep hyaluronidase available for correction or vascular compromise. Single-use, store per manufacturer instructions.
