Overview
Richesse B is a Korean 100% cross-linked, non-animal hyaluronic acid body and face filler at 24 mg/mL, supplied in a 10 mL syringe for deep folds and body augmentation. The Non-Lidocaine presentation omits the anaesthetic offered in the standard 0.3% lidocaine version. It is a sterile, transparent, pyrogen-free viscoelastic gel distributed from South Korea.
How it works
The high-concentration cross-linked HA gel is implanted in deep planes to add volume and re-establish contour, occupying tissue space and binding water for projection. Its cohesive, fully cross-linked structure resists rapid breakdown so it holds shape as it integrates with tissue, and it remains reversible with hyaluronidase.

Composition

Usage & handling
