Overview
Sardenya is a Korean range of cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal fillers produced by RFBio. Built on non-animal HA with BDDE cross-linking, the line spans four viscoelastic grades (Implant, Shape, Deep, Fine) so a single brand covers superficial line correction through deep structural volumizing. Most variants include lidocaine for injection comfort.
How it works
Each syringe delivers a cross-linked HA gel that occupies tissue space and binds water to restore volume and hydration. Injection depth and indication are matched to each grade's particle size and G-prime (elastic modulus): firmer, higher-G' gels (Implant, Shape) are placed deep for projection and support, while softer, lower-G' gels (Fine) sit superficially for delicate lines.
Indications
- Fine and superficial wrinkles (Fine)
- Moderate to deep folds and nasolabial correction (Deep)
- Facial contouring of nose, chin and cheeks (Shape)
- Deep volume restoration and structural augmentation (Implant)
Key features
- Four-grade viscoelastic system (Implant / Shape / Deep / Fine)
- Non-animal cross-linked HA at 24 mg/mL
- BDDE cross-linking for extended in-tissue residence
- Lidocaine-containing options for patient comfort
- Manufactured in Korea to international quality standards
Benefits
- One brand covers fine-line to deep-volume indications, simplifying inventory
- Predictable placement per grade supports reproducible clinical outcomes
- Integrated lidocaine reduces need for separate anaesthetic
- Reversible with hyaluronidase, aiding risk management
Composition
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid 24 mg/mL, non-animal origin, BDDE cross-linker, with 0.3% lidocaine in the lidocaine variants.
Usage & handling
Follow standard HA handling: store refrigerated, equilibrate to room temperature before use, inject with aseptic technique and avoid intravascular placement. Match grade to plane and keep hyaluronidase available to dissolve HA in case of overcorrection or vascular compromise.
