Sosum is a series of cross-linked hyaluronic acid fillers from the South Korean manufacturer JSBIO Co., Ltd., produced with a proprietary Low Temperature Stabilization Reaction (LTSR) process. The line comprises three grades - Sosum-S, Sosum-M and Sosum-H - which differ in gel particle size and firmness for fine, medium and deep correction respectively. It is positioned as a high-density, degradation-resistant HA platform.
How it works
The cross-linked HA gel restores volume and binds water to hydrate and fill the treatment plane. Sosum-S (finer particles) suits superficial fine lines, Sosum-M targets medium wrinkles and mid-dermal volume, and Sosum-H (largest particles, highest G-prime) is placed deeper for deep wrinkles and contouring; indication and depth scale with particle size and viscoelasticity.

Composition
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid (of non-animal origin) at approximately 20 mg/mL, produced via LTSR cross-linking; lidocaine may be included depending on the SKU/market.
Usage & handling
Sterile single-use prefilled syringes for practitioner use; choose the grade to match injection depth, inject slowly, avoid intravascular placement and overcorrection. As an HA gel it is adjustable and dissolvable with hyaluronidase if needed. Follow label storage and handling.
