StarFill is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler series from the South Korean manufacturer Jetema, produced using its ZEEP cross-linking technology and supplied with lidocaine. The line comprises StarFill Plus, StarFill Deep Plus and StarFill Implant Plus, which vary in cross-linking rate and gel particle size for superficial, moderate-to-deep and structural/lip indications. It is positioned around low residual BDDE and endotoxin for a favourable safety profile.
How it works
The cross-linked HA gel adds volume and binds water to hydrate and fill the tissue plane. Plus (finer, softer gel) treats superficial/fine wrinkles, Deep Plus targets moderate-to-severe lines and mid-face volume, and Implant Plus (firmest, highest G-prime) is used for facial volumising and lip augmentation; depth and indication scale with particle size and gel firmness.

Composition
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid at approximately 24 mg/mL with lidocaine, manufactured via ZEEP cross-linking (positioned for minimised residual BDDE and endotoxin).
Usage & handling
Sterile single-use prefilled syringes for practitioner administration; select the grade for the target plane, inject slowly and avoid intravascular placement and overcorrection. HA-based and therefore adjustable and reversible with hyaluronidase. Store and handle per label.
