UnionFill is a Korean cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler produced by Double J Holdings (Seoul), available in Soft, Deep and Hard viscosities. It is built on a homogeneous HA cross-linking approach intended to give a uniform gel matrix with stable viscosity over the treatment window. Each variant carries lidocaine for injection comfort and covers superficial fine lines through to structural augmentation.
How it works
The cross-linked HA gel adds volume and draws in water to hydrate and support the tissue. Soft (lowest viscosity) targets upper-dermal fine lines, Deep (mid viscosity) addresses folds and cheek contour, and Hard (highest firmness/G-prime) is used for lip volume and structural augmentation; placement depth follows the gel's viscoelasticity and cross-link density.

Usage & handling
Sterile single-use prefilled syringes for trained injectors; match variant firmness to the plane, inject slowly with aspiration/awareness of vasculature, and avoid overcorrection. HA-based and therefore adjustable and reversible with hyaluronidase. Store and handle per label.
