Youthfill is a Korean cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler series from RFBio, offered in three grades (Shape, Deep, Fine) that differ by degree of cross-linking rather than HA concentration. All variants use patented BDDE cross-linking at a uniform 24 mg/mL HA and include lidocaine, covering wrinkle correction, volume restoration and facial contouring.
How it works
The cross-linked HA gel adds volume and draws water into the dermis to smooth and plump tissue. Because HA concentration is held constant and viscoelasticity is tuned via cross-linking density, the firmer Shape grade is placed deep for sculpting while the softer Fine grade is delivered superficially for shallow lines, with depth governed by each grade's particle size and G-prime.

Composition
Cross-linked hyaluronic acid 24 mg/mL, non-animal origin, BDDE cross-linked, with 0.3% lidocaine.
Usage & handling
Standard HA protocol applies: refrigerate for storage, warm to room temperature before injection, use aseptic technique and aspirate/avoid vessels. Select grade by tissue plane and keep hyaluronidase on hand for correction or emergency dissolution.
